    I don't think she got a boob job, when you starve yourself your chest size goes down and since she's gaining weight back (in a GOOD way, she is NOT fat at all, anyone who says otherwise does not even know what fat is) she's also gaining her boobs back. :P

    You're all morons. That is Demi Lovato. So many of you are actually calling her ugly at different stages of her life. As far as the "love what God gave you" comment... I will assume you don't wear makeup or have your ears pierced or dye or style your hair or shave your legs or paint your nails or wear a push-up bra or contact lenses, etc, etc, etc...
